F&W designs and installs drilled and driven piles. We can evaluate the soil conditions and recommend the most economical pile system for the site. We install driven steel, concrete, and wood piles.

We provide a variety of services including:
F&W's soil nail walls are often the ideal solution: when an excavation is required close to an adjacent property line; where a site has limited access; where the cost of installing soldier beams is too high; or for emergency repairs. Soil nailing projects are built from the top down in a minimum of space and without disruption of the area behind the wall.
When used in the proper application, our design/build soil nail walls can be constructed more rapidly and more economically than other retaining wall systems.
Underpinning is the art of extending a structure's foundation to a deeper elevation prior to excavating the site adjacent to the existing building. The art comes in the ability of the engineer, foreman, and underpinning crew to control the movements of the structure being underpinned and keep them within acceptable limits. F&W's crews have years of experience in the construction of hand-dug pit underpinning, bracket pile underpinning, and the use of mini-piles and other systems to support structures.
